As far as legal action, sellers who felt like their auctions were incorrectly deemed "fake AG" on our board lost money. Some members of our board e-mailed the bidders and warned them away. This could damage a seller unfairly. Sellers complained to our mods, etc. So, we just don't want to post auctions accusing sellers of anything. That doesn't mean that we cannot privately message each other and discuss auctions.
